01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and ZUVI-CARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the Zuvi Care platform accessible at zuvicare.com.
By accessing or using the Zuvi Care platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
02Description of the Platform
Zuvi Care provides the following services:
- Teleconsultation: Connecting users with Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) registered with State Medical Councils in India, for online consultations via audio/video call, subject to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
- Health Tracking Tools: Period tracker, pregnancy tracker, kick counter, and other self-monitoring tools for personal health awareness.
- Health Community: A peer-to-peer community forum for women to discuss health topics, share experiences, and support each other.
- Health Content: Educational articles, blogs, wellness guides, and health information created or curated by the Company.
- Future Features: AI-assisted health navigation, dietary personalisation, exercise recommendations, and other features as introduced with prior notice and applicable consent.
03Medical Disclaimer

ZUVI CARE IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDER. THE PLATFORM IS A TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY. The content, tools, articles, blogs, community posts, health tracking data, and AI features (when introduced) on the Zuvi Care Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use of the Zuvi Care Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and the Company. A doctor-patient relationship is established only between you and the individual Registered Medical Practitioner you consult on the Platform.
The Company is not responsible for the medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by doctors on the Platform. Doctors on the Platform are independent professionals.
ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL for any health concern. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read on this Platform.
IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 112 IMMEDIATELY. The Platform is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.
The health tracking tools (period tracker, pregnancy tracker, kick counter) are for personal awareness only and are not diagnostic tools. They do not replace medical evaluation.
04Eligibility & Account
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Persons under 18 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental consent and under parental supervision.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@zuvicare.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users.
05Teleconsultation Terms
- All doctors on the Zuvi Care Platform are Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) whose registrations have been verified with the relevant State Medical Council.
- Teleconsultations on this Platform are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
- For a first consultation with a new doctor, you must participate via audio or video call. Text-only consultations are not available for first-time patient-doctor interactions.
- Doctors on the Platform cannot prescribe Schedule X drugs (narcotics and psychotropics) via teleconsultation.
- Consultation records and prescriptions are stored for a minimum of 7 years as required by law.
- You are responsible for accurately describing your symptoms, medical history, and current medications to the doctor. Providing false or incomplete information may lead to incorrect advice and is solely your responsibility.
- If at any time during a consultation you experience a medical emergency, immediately call 112 and seek in-person emergency care.
06Community Guidelines
The Zuvi Care community is a safe, supportive space for women. By participating in the community, you agree to:
- Be respectful, kind, and supportive of other members at all times.
- Not post medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations to other members.
- Not share graphic, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
- Not post any content that is false, misleading, or designed to spread misinformation about health conditions or treatments.
- Not solicit, advertise, or promote any product, service, or business without the Company’s prior written consent.
- Not violate the privacy of other members by sharing their personal health information without consent.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban any user who violates these guidelines, without prior notice.
07User Content & Licence
By submitting content to the Platform (community posts, health data, consultation notes, profile information), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.
08Payment Terms
- Paid services (including paid teleconsultation packages and premium subscriptions) are subject to the fees displayed at the time of purchase.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. The Company does not store your card details.
- Refund Policy: (a) If a doctor cancels or does not attend a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days. (b) If you cancel more than 2 hours before a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days. (c) Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
09Intellectual Property
All content on the Zuvi Care Platform (including the brand name, logo, platform design, health articles, clinical protocols, algorithms, source code, and all other proprietary content) is owned by or licensed to ZUVI-CARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
10Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to:
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
- Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any other user’s account.
- Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose, including the unauthorised practice of medicine.
- Harass, abuse, or harm any other user, doctor, or Company employee.
- Post or share any content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
11Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (a) The Company’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the 3 months preceding the claim; (b) The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) The Company is not liable for the acts, omissions, or medical decisions of independent doctors on the Platform.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZUVI-CARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution through our Grievance Redressal mechanism (Section 15).
14Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or in-app notification and update the Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 30 days wherever possible.
16Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform.
- Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version prevails.
